Customer service should be number 1 on a salon's priority list. However, if you cant get past 'hello I missed your name' then this salon might not have 'time' to provide you with personalized service.
I had a terrific experience at Ginger's salon. I am very particular as to who cits my hair. I took the leap of faith trusting someone new. It was perfect. Describe how i wanted my ling hair cut into a specific short cut and she completely nailed it. Going back for secods.
I have been going to Ginger's Family Style Shop since 2005, she has reasonable price's. Ginger puts you at ease, were all one big happy family. While your talking she's working. She has probably heard everything and remembers nothing! Lol. Her shop is clean, she sweeps up after each cut, there's adequate seating and she doesn't over book. Her little shop has everything modern, but has the feeling of old fashion.
