How rude do you have to be... And in front of my daughter? No respect, thanks a lot for being "Family orientated" and teaching my kid it's ok to disrespect others.
Girls were in the middle of a training session. When we walked in one of them bailed out and helped us. Then they brought our meal to our table. We had just left Elias brothers next door for not being waited on. Good job McDonalds
One of the nicest McDonald’s I’ve seen just it’s in a tough sport right of a very busy main road but as long as ur right the same road in and out it’s okay
Longest wait in a McDonald's ever. Stood there waiting for order to be handed to us for 10 minutes. Food was cold, and chicken was as hard and dry as leather. French fry machines beeping the whole time we were in there. Horrible experience. Dumped food and ran out the door. (Coffee was OK.)
This is the most disorganized McDonalds I have ever been in. My order was taken right away. I was given my cup for my drink and was waiting for a frappe. Two other customers came in and ordered food. They both received their orders. After 5 minutes I asked for my money back. The girl offered to make it for me quick, I declined, she got her manager, manager returned money and offered item for free. Nice of her but after waiting 5 minutes i just wanted to get back on the road. This would have been fine if they had been busy but they weren't. Nobody asked what I was waiting for -I was the only one standing there. Nice enough but not customer orientated-worrying more about the running of the back lines then the customer service. The manager stated that was what they had to do if they messed up the order. It would have been nicer if I thought she was doing it out of kindness not because "she had too"
Rude. Unintelligent management. After receiving my order I had to return to the counter to collect missing items and have my order corrected. After waiting for an employee to notice me, I requested my missing items and correct food. I also paid extra for a kids meal you for my daughter. I was given two identical toys, upon requesting a different toy I was told they do not carry other toys and then she walked off. I waited and waited and finally my correct items and order we're brought to the counter, set down and again she walked off. I asked if I could get a refund on the extra toy I purchased and she completely ignored me.
