A great shop. Nice atmosphere. I picked up a t shirt there with hexagenia limbata dancing as to what looks like and kinda sounds like a Spanish dance, I have had a lot of compliments an comments on it an asked where I found it an told them.
Fantastic service. Stopped in a few weeks back with my girls when we were kicking around downtown Grayling. I had no intention of buying a new rod. However, Ron and his wife peak my interest in a TFO Bug Launcher for my girls. After a bit of thinking (and discussion with my wife) I was back into town for the outfit. Great rod and great price. Overall, a very nice local business with friendly staff. Next time your in town or passing through, give them a visit.
I'm a beginner. Ron helped me pick out a rod and reel and spent about 45 min teaching me some basics. It was a great experience, it is a beautiful shop. Ron and his wife were very helpful and friendly.

Great, friendly service -- down-to-earth (as in: not snobby in the slightest) vibe throughout the store and reasonable prices. A terrific place to stop before hitting the river. Cannot recommend Ron's Fly Shop highly enough!
