Company does not care about providing quality products. If returns are out side of 30 days they will not take them back, regardless of the fact that the product is defective. The staff does not care and is rude. Calling customer service gets you someone who doesn't speak English and is unwilling to help. I guess they do not care that they sell bad products and provide terrible customer service
Dirty store. Sat on hold for 10 minutes and NO one ever came back to the phone. Also, the people who work there are very rude. I would rather drive to another city than shop here.
Somewhat disgusted...I usually don't leave a bad review...but it's one thing to not have what I was looking for...but to chase all over looking for it while obnoxious workout music pumped at full volume left me pretty sure that I'm not coming back. Maybe I came at a bad time?
