They where awesome people and got me care i really needed great drs and to top it off if i didnt go tothe hospital i would have been dead.... they saved my life.... thank you er staff in grayling hospital i am glad you guys helped....
I have used this hospital as well as my family six or seven times in a ten year period and I have never had an experience as these other reviews have mentioned. Nothing but positive results from nursing staff, techs, dr's on call. Very pleased with the care my family and I have received. It's unfortunate people let one experience turn them away when there may have been a situation that could not have been prevented.
Great place to go if you want to be ignored, rudely treated, or are looking to just get the worst service you could ever imagine. They called the cops on me for simply asking why my dad has been in the hospital with 3 broken neck vertebrate(mind u their excellent dr had him turning his head and looking up, down left right...with a broken neck which couldve paralyzed him) for 45 minutes and nobody had told us anything. No dr no nurse. And when i ask where the Dr is..the lady behind the desk calls the cops on me..??! I didnt swear or get aggressive at all. Then the Dr comes out swearing and yelling at me. Glad I recorded it all. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEATH WISH!!
My fiance and I got to grayling hospital at about quarter to 12am. We're still here and still haven't been seen by the doctor. They said there is only one doctor on tonight. It's 4am n I'm a bit agitated with this hospital. I asked for his discharge papers and was told tht if we left it would be against medical advice and his insurance wouldn't pay for the visit. What kind of hospital is this!!!
Have been seeing all of the baby Drs for nine months, they've all been very good with thier care. Had an emergency C-SECTION, the surgical staff, Dr, pediatrician and especially the OB department gave us the best care. No words can describe how happy myself and my husband where not only with my care but our new born baby also.
