I felt coerced by this attorney to accept a plea deal over a traffic ticket (which actually wasn't a deal at all; it was to pay my ticket or they would raise the cost). When I said I would rather continue to fight the ticket as I didn't think the plea was fair - Jaskowski dropped me as my attorney and said that they weren't willing to represent me if I wanted to fight this ticket. They would only represent me if I was to pay the ticket. Are you working for me or the prosecutor? Will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Commission. Saved voicemails that sound coercive.
