All around terrible experience.
I briefly explained what was going on and provided Dr. Lorimer with a copy of my cat's records since nobody in the office could find the records our primary vet had forwarded. After listening to Dr. Lorimer read aloud word for word my cats vet records he very rudely asked me if I understood what he was telling me. Seriously?!? You just read the records I've looked at and read myself many times. My cat was diagnosed 2 years ago and since then I've educated myself about his condition so of course I understood what he was reading to me.
I was charged $180 to listen to Dr. Lorimer read my cats past medical records to me. I can't imagine how much it would have cost if he actually had to do his own work/testing to confirm what was going on with my cat. He didn't even offer any new medication to treat my cat which was the main reason we made the appointment to see him. THEN, he expected me to make a follow-up appointment to meet with him next month. Forget that.
I recently visited this office for the first and last time to meet with the traveling specialist, Dr. Lorimer. After an hour and a half drive with a stressed-out cat, I arrived 15 minutes early. The two ladies in the lobby were very unprofessional and didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. After, what seemed like an eternity, I finally was checked-in and proceeded to wait for Dr. Lorimer. OVER 35 minutes went by from the time we walked in the door to the time Dr. Lorimer brought us back to the exam room.
Been here multiple times the Doctors are amazing and receptionists are so helpful.
Way to expensive and dog still sick!
Took my dog with an acute injury, on a Saturday. They were very gracious to add on our appointment. He was examined, treated, and improved quickly. The entire staff was wonderful. Thank all of you
