The owners are gracious, considerate, friendly hosts. The breakfasts are gourmet, and the house is fascinating and beautiful. We loved it!

Stayed here for the Fourth of July weekend and loved it. It was like a home away from home. Inn keepers Heather and Paul were awesome hosts. They owned the Cobblestone Manor in Auburn Hills, Mich, which also is a lovely property. I had a great experience there and had great expectations which were exceeded. We have a wonderful deal for two nights, plus candlelit breakfast and holiday BBQ. Rooms were clean and cozy. The beautiful Hanson mansion reminded me of my great grandmother's home. Conveniently located three blocks from Downtown Grayling, the Hanson House is nicely situated for a fun small-town weekend. And if you want to know about the breakfast - it was delish. Heather even gave us the recipe for the orange croissant french toast. Yum!
B. E. A. Utiful, lol. My wife and I had a lovely experience here. Stopped on our way back home from the U.P. to take a load off, and it is a beautiful home, with a rich history. Heather is an amazing host, and the breakfast was yummy for my tummy. House is clean and inviting. Will be back, hopefully more than once. Stayed September 19th thru 20th 2016.
