The rooms are clean and affordable. The location is convenient to get to. However, quad riders cannot legally access the trails directly from the hotel because there is no trail down 72 that takes you to the trailhead about 1/2 mile from the hotel. Side note, we liked the Kalkaska trail system more than the Fredrick system due to better trail markings on the Kalkska trails. Happy trails to you!!!
