For the second consecutive visit our wait was long. Only one cook showing up for work. Bussing tables was abysmal. The table across from us was a mess when we sat down and still had not been bussed when we left. Only after talking with the manager did she finally begin to clean it up as we were leaving. The service was barely adequate and the food was just acceptable.
Went for breakfast. Told there was a 1/2 hour wait to order from menu, but buffet was available now. Ordered buffet and it was nearly empty. I mean out of food. When it was put out, patrons were like vultures and quickly took what was put out. Restaurant was only 1/2 full. Severely under staffed and ill prepared in kitchen. Very bad visit. Go somewhere else. I usually like Big Boys, this one is no where up to par.
Slow staff. Salad bar with few things on it. And how do you burn a hamburger bun and when asked to replace the bun was told that is the way they come out sometimes. Yah right.
The chain overall is just failing. The colds here missed all the details, cooked the fast food first so they waited for the others to get done which means poor training. Dirty, but tiny updated furniture pieces and bathroom really needs work. Salad bar was good.
We will not stop there again.
Absolute best breakfast I have had in years. Best waitress and the suggestion of the Oreo pancakes was outstanding. Bacon was cooked perfect. I am one very full but happy customer.
