I had a coupon that I started after I ordered. I had 1 car in front of me. BK only gives you 15 minutes for each coupon and the coupon was expired by the time I got to the window. So not only was I charged more, they wouldn’t honor the coupon which was due to their slowness, they also parked me for chicken fries, the most popular menu item, I was parked for 20 minutes. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend
It's fast food. Not much can be done to improve on it.
While my order was incorrect, the haste and sincerity of regret was good, and the food delish.
Why they keep this store open I don't know. The manager act's like she has a chip on her shoulder but the sad part is that she takes it out on her staff. Most orders are not filled correctly and the excuse is "well we had a call in and we are busy." I don't know but I think that 3 coustmers does not constitute a busy time for a fast food restaurant. When you do receive your food you can tell that it has been setting around for a while or the taste is off. You are better off going to the gas station and get there food.
This was the best visit ever, perfect customer service, food was spot on! Way to go.
