I love this place but it depends on which location stay away from the one in grayling michigan it suck every time
As soon as I pulled up to the window the lady taking my order had a attitude. I asked for two orders to which she replied in a sarcastic tone "I guess...". The entire time she took my order the attitude never stopped. When I got to the window to pay the lady never said anything besides the order totals, then told me to pull up and slammed the window. Some of the poorest customer service I've ever revived. I would give 0 stars if I could, and to the lady that was rude to me, get a new job if you're going to be rude to customers. The guy that gave me my food was really nice tho.
Absolutely horrible staff! My salad was made incorrectly twice. When I questioned the condiment for the second revised salad the drive in person gave me lip. Then when I asked to speak with a manager he also got snippy with me. When he asked for my frosty back I tossed it through the window. Then they chased me down and threw food at my car. I have never been treated like this at a restaurant before! Nor will I again-as I will not return to this Wendy's. Avoid at all cost!
There were a ton of people here when we went. The Danish Army was literally in front of us.
Dear Wendy's, I am extremely disappointed at your decision to remove spicy chicken nuggets from your menu. Knowing that my taste buds will never again experience the delightful sensation of spicy nuggets dancing around my tounge has completely demoralized my dining experience. Please take this decision under more consideration as I'm not quite sure how I'll fill this terrible void in my life. Spicy chicken nuggets completed me, and now, there are none. R.I.P spicy chicken nuggets.
Regardless, the staff got us our food quickly and accurately. The bathrooms were clean too.
